For those who do it all.

Personalised endurance coaching for ambitious students and young professionals.

Is this you?

You’re an ambitious individual.

You want to excel in every aera of life.

You know that consistency is what is going to get you closer to your fitness goals.

But as soon as exam season starts, you start a new job, or you travel, your plan falls appart and don’t find the time to train.

The issue is that the your training plan doesn't actually fit your life.

Yes, this is me...

Over the past five years, I've maintained weekly consistency when training for cycling events, half marathons, triathlons, Ironman 70.3 races, and national powerlifting competitions while balancing high school, university, internships, job applications, content creation, relationships and coaching.

I've experienced many of the same challenges many ambitious students and young professionals face:

How do you pursue ambitious fitness goals while pursuing ambitious life goals?

My coaching is built around that reality.

Instead of designing the perfect plan in a perfect world, I build realistic plans for real people with real schedules and teach them my method to maintain consistency even in life’s busiest seasons.

Step 1

Tell me your goal.

Whether that's your first half marathon, a cycling event, a triathlon, or simply becoming fitter.

Step 2

Show me your schedule.

University. Work. Commute. Exams. Travel. Gym availability.

Everything that matters.

Step 3

Receive your personalized plan.

Every session has a purpose and fits around your actual life.

Step 4

Weekly feedback and adjustments.

Life changes.

Schedules change.

The plan evolves with you.

I make the training fit your life, not the other way around.

Client Reviews

How well do you feel Raphaël understood and adapted your training around your other life commitments?

“I couldn’t be happier. As a student, intern and boyfriend it‘s difficult to schedule everything perfectly, but he always managed to adapt the sessions to my availability whenever I asked for it. Probably the thing that I appreciated most. Not skipping a single session, but rescheduling if needed.”

- Yannick Baden, 22, university student, triathlete

Do you feel more confident planning and understanding your own training after working with Raphaël? Why?

“Yes, structure is key. Long term planning, was really good. Building a good foundation and most importantly discipline/ well executed trainings”

- Gabriel Schreiner, 24, tax advisor, cyclist

What would make you recommend Raphaël as a coach for other students / early career professionals?

“It is a good coach to start a sport like Powerlifting or other sports, very structured coach and he gives attention to his students and good confidence.”

Yannick Paco, 21, math student, powerlifter
